• Registration Information: When you register with india-list, india-list collects some personal information about you to enhance your experience with our service. This includes your name, gender, email address, birth date and Postal Address. india-list does not verify the veracity of the registration information you provide. india-list also does not make it necessary to provide your Street Address during registration. But it does require you to provide the City, State and Country Information to calculate approximate distances.
• Activity Information: india-list may also record access information from our server log files, including your IP addres and india-list cookies. india-list rrecords youro IP address when you register or create a listing or when you login to india-list.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
india-list manages your privaet information very carefully. It does not sell or share your private information with external companies who are not affiliated with it. Follwoing are the circumstances under which india-list discloses your information:

• It may be necessary to disclose your private information to government organizations to obey the laws, or to exercise or establish our legal rights or defend us against legal claims;
• It may become necessary to share information aboout you for investigating, preventing or taking action regarding suspected fraud, illegal activities, situations involving threats to any person, violations of india-list's terms of use or as otherwise required to obey the law of various countries.

• Modify and Delete Account: You can modify your account preferences or delete your account with india-list any time you want. Deleting your account will remove all information about you as well as all listings created by you from our database.
• Confidentialiy of your private Information: Access to your private information submittd to india-list is restricted only to india-list employees who must know that information to provide services to you or as part of their jobs. We save your password in an encrypted form to avoid anyone from getting access to your account password. We make reasonable attempts to kep your information confidential.
• Changes to this policy: india-list may update this policy at any time. YOu will be notified if there is a major change to this policy by sending you email to your registered email address.
